It looks like loose fiberglass insulation. Near the end of the video you can see parts of the object that went through the fence got stuck on it rather than drifting away. It's definitely not a cloud. I also thought it might be a blob of industrial detergent foam that got blown away and happened to land by the fence near the guys in the video.

This video has been around for sometime. It's foam/bubbles. It's dense enough to hold together yet light enough where a lite breeze can blow it around. After a while it does break down into water mainly and disappears.

Yes, it was debunked. Interesting watch though.

Anyone ever see a morning Glory or "Roll cloud?" Now that's quite a sight!

Just at the back of my house, last year.
Believe or not, they had controlled the Mayan people a thousand years ago?
Those objects moved down from the sky, not the horizontal way.

This reminds me of this:

Berndnaut Smilde's Cloud Art Picture | Artist Creates Clouds as Art - ABC News

Which I found interesting.

Don't know what you're trying to show here, next time get video and at better resolution. The only clouds that come to the ground would probably be a tornado or twister.

Lenticular clouds are common here around Mt Shasta, very pretty. Some of the psychotic folks around here also think they are UFOs. http://newdimension2012.blogspot.com...ar-clouds.html

There is no tornado or twister in Thailand history.
