UFO Station In Bangkok
There are about 30 UFO stations (small to very big, ~100 m.to a few km long.) around Bangkok area now. This one ranks #5 in size. Another 2 (jumbo & super jumbo) will arrive in the near future.
Then the Judgement Day will begin and you will see the arrival of Lord jeSuch!
1st photo it was ~1 km. from my house.
2nd-9th photo, at Lak Si intersection it was ~2-3 km. from me. That apartment is 64 m.long about 200 m. from me.
The last photo is the combination of 8th photo & 2nd photo just for comparison to the first photo.

It's a cloud. Once I took a photo of a cloud that looked like a hand. You can even see actual saucer shaped clouds in some conditions.

I hope you realize those are common clouds found in every thunderstorms all over the world since before dinosaurs roamed the earth. Specifically, they are cumulonimbus clouds with some pileus on some of your images. Even your file says lenticular, so you must know those are clouds.

How clever of those aliens to disguise their space ships to look like clouds!

I understand Thai restaurants are very popular on distant planets in outer space. No wonder why they made a culinary pilgrimage to Bangkok.

How could the upper part had gone into the transformation (fig.2-7) whereas the other part of the cloud was still impact or didn't have any movement?

Cumulonimbus clouds expand as they rise, and can reach great heights. They're categorized by vertical growth caused by powerful updrafts of warm air. The air cools and becomes less dense the higher you go, and as the warm air rises it reacts to the temperature, density and wind differences. That's all I think you're seeing in that photo. You can see wind shear at the very top eroding the cloud and creating the wispy appearance. Do a search in Bing or Google on "cumulonimbus cloud pictures"; there's a lot of variations in the shape and size of cumulonimbus clouds.

You also have to take in to account any jet stream in addition to winds in the upper stratosphere. They will play havoc with the upper clouds while leaving the lower sections intact.

The white mass I the OP is no mystery, but that stuff that landed on the ground- strange. All I can think that it might be is some sort of fiber like cotton that has yet to be processed.
A giant dust bunny!
