Here's the image, I put the image on Flickr as Public so I don't know why people couldn't see it.

No problem, always better to just upload it to the forum then it's pretty guaranteed everyone will see it

Interesting.
If you can't see it, try standing away from the photo and squinting your eyes until the details become unclear. I didn't see it at first either, but once I did that, it was totally obvious.
As for any special significance... I vote no. Such percieved patterns via optical illusions are very common because our brains pick those sorts of patterns out, visually, from otherwise chaotic patterns (aside from the obvious "patterns" that are the subject of the photo).
As for the child... hey, don't be mean. How would you like your kid being called a dressed-up dog?
Looks more like a little demon to me. I do, however, like the lady's hat.
And I must point out, they should have hired a better photographer. Angieslist, not Craigslist, people!

Thanks, Vasily -- I couldn't see it until you did that.

Oh, I see now. thank you.
That "eye" was what I was calling the toddler...the baby face is under the toddler's right arm...does nobody else see it? The dad's arm is across the baby?

Actually, it looks more like a miraculous image of Duane Allman than Jesus to me.

I tried to clean up the image in one of my graphics programs, but there's not enough information in the image to do much with it, unfortunately.
