I've been looking at the LOA stuff for years and I've been a Christian for longer and it never fails to amaze me how much of the LOA is Biblical and esp the Gospels. When you study the LOA and then read the Bible, some of those things that I didn't understand before suddenly began to make a lot of sense. What's that one about the lilies of the field and how they toil not? Good place to start. In fact, it's not only biblical but sprinkled throughout many other faiths as well.

Ya know the one I love bec to ME it is pure logic...If you ask your earthly father for bread
would he give you a stone?
No, well just think what your heavenly Father will give you if you ask Him...from all His riches!

I may have combined 2 phrases.Ha

Hey, this is a neat group...I would like to share, quietly, this teacher I came across....
He has 2 hr groups and they are on youtube!
I believe many will hear in him what I hear...he has a way of saying things that
I resonate with anyway...he is inspiring me alot!

Bentinho Massaro...pron Ben-TEEN-yo....born in Holland, around 30 now. An adorable!
Sure I could place a link...but I want to trust that y'all will personally pick the 'right'
first session to watch yourselves.

(However, I will say all of them are my favorite.) He is doing a seminar in Sedona this week.

One sentence I love...If you don't have a passion for how you want to live your live, you
will just succumb to your unconscious mind that is creating it anyway!
(Something like that.)
(Similar to how we succumb to the dreams we have a night...
see a spider/dream of a spider or lobster, yikes...I don't want that in me daily life...
which is also a dream, but for a different thread.)

That one is in Matthew 7:9 and Luke 11:11. And Luke 11:10 says:
Quote:
…10"For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened.

The battle of the verses! Hahaha

You may ask for anything in my name, and I will do it. John 14:14

(All of this came way before Abraham-Hicks came into my life! Or The Secret!)

Yes same here, but now it all makes sense. However, it's a reminder to ask for things responsibly--only that which you really want and need in your life--it would be silly to ask for a limo just to see if it works, if a limo isn't really your desire.
