What's your take? I was watching a show last night and it talked about people who are trained to remote view back in the days for the CIA. They can travel to specific places and even in space to gather intel etc.
I think it was just another attempt at Psychic warfare, Based on Project Stargate. Very interesting to read about though, I was always skeptical on this though. And now with technology they have spying capabilities that more then suffice, Including many things the public does not know about. I have heard they are 20 years ahead compared to where we think they are in terms of advancement. Dulce base, Area 51 are places where this research and development likely goes on among others.
Back in the 70's it was called astro projection. My sister could do it, a bunch of us would go somewhere and someone would stay with my sister. She would tell the one that stayed where we went and what we were doing, she was usually spot on.

What! Seriously?
I would doubt the time travel aspect of the claim. If out of body consciousness turns out to be a fact (and there is some tantalizing evidence) then that would be one thing but time travel into the past? That's stretching it a bit too far. For me anyway.
Not aware of the time travel capability of RV. My take is that you stay in one place, picture a place or location and an outer body experience brings you there and you can see/hear what's going on thousands of miles away. I even heard that some can go in outer space to distant planets. As always mere speculations.
My eyes glaze over when they have this as a topic on Coast To Coast AM. Its possible, but a good 95% of those who say they can do it are frauds, IMO. Not to say I don't believe in things like ESP, precognition, psychic phenomenon, but its just too much BS to sit through.

A lot of outrageous claims, I agree. They go along with the numerous people who have "found" Bigfoot, A dead Alien or had a Saucer land in their backyard containing Elvis, The Keebler Elves and a sentient pencil.
Out of body experiences have been documented by testimonies all over but Remove viewing to the point of travelling huge distances. I don't know what ot think of it.
look up the Christos Experiment documented by an australian guy (Gerald Glaskin I think) in "Windows of the Mind" book
3 people, one rubs feet, one rubs 3rd eye and the third lies down and is the expiencer.
Interesting experiment it seems and was done multiple times.
Also OOBE research at the Monroe Institute among other places.
