Well it turns out that he was not good at what he does. My condition did NOT improve in the long run. It improved for about a month.

I asked for half of my money back. He said he would call me back - but he never did.

I tried a few times and then gave up.

What I did next was empowering and transformative. I asked the universe, God/ Goddess, spirit, and angels to tell me what. I meditated. I felt that I was being lead to fast. Not only water. - Water, fruits, vegetables and small amounts of brown rice.

It worked. I took control of my life and what ever it was - left.

Bow, about 4 month later, I mostly stick to this way of eating. I have added certain foods that I felt "led" to add. Most were hits.

I did not post the name of the person because I didn't want anyone else to be ripped off.

At the same time, I still think that there are good healers and intuitive out there. However, hewas not one.

Personally, I feel no more "ripped off" than I have from licensed medical doctors who promised relief - but did not deliver.

I will add that the bad dreams that I was having before are all but gone. However, that was kind of the "side dish".

Through meditation and prayer, I was lead to this specific diet. I can occasionally eat normally - about twice a week. Then,if any symptoms return. to the semi-fast. And it goes away.

Doing an elimination diet is often recommended for problems without a known source. Basically, you eliminate everything and then slowly add one food at a time until you find out what is causing the problem. It sounds like you have eliminated dairy, meat, fish, poultry, gluten, and some other things and you feel better. You might try adding just dairy back for a week and see if you are fine, then just meat, etc. As long as you feel fine you add one new food each week and when you suddenly start having problems, then you have found what you are sensitive to and a regular doctor can probably help you find out what is wrong. I mean it could be a food sensitivity, or if it is meat or fatty foods that are causing a problem then it could be gall bladder, etc.
