hey guys. I know it's normal for us to forget things but sometimes it aint like that. So today, i went to school and got my library pass since me and my friends wanted to study in the library. I'm so bad at math that's why my smart friends were going to teach me, but instead the library is closed. Then the bell rang, it was english period, me and my friends went to different classes. As i was about to get ready for a cambridge test, i quickly put my library pass inside my bag. The next thing i know was that it's gone! still searching for it though, im so scared, what if my teacher finds out ? And tbh i'm really not in the mood, got a 100% for maths cus my friends helped me but im stressed. Been searching up and down ugh I've had things reappearing and disappearing in the same spot, same place. I researched about it online but it told me either i have memory issues, mental illness or maybe a "poltergeist" hahaha. yeah. PLEASE HELP ME !1!1! ANYONE KNOWS

-FIRST, DON"T JUMP TO PARANORMAL EXPLANATION UNTIL YOU MAKE SURE 100% THAT THIS WASN'T FORGETTING, OR ANOTHER NORMAL REASON, AND THEY ARE A LOT.

-People who have 'memory issues' know themselves that they are forgetful, if you really don't know, next time, just FOCUS where did you put your stuff, you can write a 'reminder' in your mobile or note about it, so that if you lost them next time, you will be FULL AWARE that this wasn't forgetting or anything else. IF you make sure 100%, then you can say this belong to paranormal phenomena. Then, you wouldn't worry if any of your stuff disappeared. Because, It most likely will appear in the same place you put them in. It could take 15 minutes, or 5 minutes or even months (But don't suppose the worse). So, between time and time, Just keep checking in the SAME PLACE you are sure that you put them in before and you will find them.

-However, depending on your description about" library pass", it could possible that you forgot where you put your library pass due to the circumstance you were in, stressed, bell rang, you were on a hurry to go to class, you have a test, you quickly put your stuff in the bag. In this situation, it could possible you thought that you put it in the bag but actually you don't. When you were on a hurry, and collect stuff quickly, you MIGHT do stupid things some times without paying attention to.

For instance, you have tissue in your hand and study paper, you throw the study paper in the trash bin and put tissue in your bag. And in your mind, study paper is always in the bag while in fact is not. Therefor, you need to FOCUS next time.

-The situation you described is not mental ill.
