The one time I saw something that could have possibly been a UFO, it was cigar-shaped but it didn’t look anything like that ... it was actually multi-faceted & reflective.

At first I thought maybe it was a weather balloon until I realized it was moving opposite of our Rocky Mountain jet-stream.

It moved just like this thing is described as moving; it tumbled ... & would abruptly dart & change directions. Two military F-16’s were pursuing it & it was literally playing cat & mouse with them: It would hover & tumble & right before they would get to it; it would dart off, then tumble & wait for them again. It was so fast you couldn’t track it with your eyes when it moved; you had to wait until it stopped & look for the reflective glimmer to reappear.

This went on for at least 20 minutes, in broad daylight on a weekday morning; one of the strangest things that I (& the small crowd collecting on the sidewalk with me) have ever seen.

By the way, for those that love the idea that this could be an alien probe: What if the next destination of this rock happens to be an advanced civilization that also has those that believe aliens are probing them? Of course they could immediately trace this rock back to our solar system since we were its last stop. So, for them to error on the side of caution, they figure they will immediately stamp out all life in our solar system! Just saying; sometimes speculation could be dangerous for our health!

Yes, actually; several people did, including myself.

I still cringe to remember this but I had just bought a nice new Samsung phone & the camera worked very well. I had it literally less than a week.

My twin daughters had just finished their continuation ceremony from middle school, so there were families waiting outside the school while the kids ran around saying goodbye & making plans for that afternoon. Of course, my twins went in opposite directions so I was hanging around longer than most.

My DIL was there waiting on them too but she was parked around the corner when I first caught the glimmer of reflected light from the sky. About 2-3 minutes after the jets started swooping in, she walked around the corner from where she had been parked & asked: “Have you been watching this? This is really weird! And we both started taking pictures. It didn’t take long for other people to stop & start watching.

I live in a city surrounded by 5 military installations; 2 of them have classified operations & 1 of them is NORAD, so the fighter jets in the sky would not have normally seemed unusual, until you stopped & actually looked, which is what people started to do.

We lost sight of all of them when the object they were chasing disappeared over the top of Pikes Peak & on the way home I stopped for gas. I had my youngest son with me who was 11 & is autistic. He is hypersensory with sound; certain noises at a certain pitch will trigger both pain & severe behaviors.

While I was pumping gas, my new phone; with the pictures on it; had started ringing. When I got back in; it was shattered. He had destroyed it completely & I was not able to access anything on it.

I’m going to ask my DIL if she might still have any pictures of that day. It wouldn’t surprise me; she is very organized with that sort of thing.

Well, that's very unfortunate. If your DIL still has any of the pictures, could you post them, or post a link to them? I'd love to see them. Thanks.

Over our Southwest we have tested different rocket planes and other propulsion systems. Many of those were launched from other planes that were specifically designed to carry them and most had escorts. Many had very stubby wings and would appear as 'cigar' shaped objects from the ground. From the ground observer's perspective it might appear as if our fighter jets were playing cat and mouse with an alien object. Considering, that when the rocket motor was at full thrust, many of these rockets planes climbed to the edge of space and then again descended, while reaching speeds far faster than our military jet, it would be easy for a ground observer to think they saw something else.

I am not saying that is this case. But we have to look at 'natural ways' first before we reach to the unknown.

They did this "instantaneously?" And with full control?

Where are the pictures of "instantaneously"? What is meant by "full control"?

Over NORAD? This happened literally in the shadow of Pikes Peak.
