Wires, ribbons, tubes, as well as sheets and thin foil. Apparently there are a lot of medical applications for it.

Online stock of Nitinol tube, wire and sheet and Precious Metal marker bands

It is pretty arrogant for us to think we are the only species that evolved in the multitude of other planets and galaxies out there. What makes us so special ?

Just like the Kecksburg, Pa event, there is a massive government coverup to keep the truth from coming out. Not sure if they are trying to keep us from freaking out, or what, but they know more than we are told.

My dad was there the night the UFO crashed in PA, and he saw it being taken away on a flat bed truck under a tarp and very heavy military presence. So did a lot of other people.

Getting back to the topic, when I read that report about this super-thin material that can return to its original state after being crumpled, I always thought the material might look like the stuff that they use to make those emergency thermal blankets, very thin and very shinny, obviously those blankets don't have the same properties as the supposed item found at Roswell, but texture-wise that's what I envisioned.
I doubt there have been many past presidents that were 'in the loop' with regards to aliens, Bush Sr for sure, maybe Jr, since Sr had history at the CIA.

I think there is probably a very small number of senators/congressman who know about this, and they likely have a small military based unit that does the field work, response team, etc, but its actually more probable that people in the private sector have access to this stuff, as they would not be restrained/restricted in the ways Govt officials are.

I am heavily leaning towards believing its probably in our best interest that we DO NOT know the details of these things, I have a feeling we may not like what the real truth is...Once you know it, there is no way to un-know it.

I agree that it may not be a knowing that we will enjoy, but truth-seekers are the kind of folks who deal with the consequences of that truth. We cannot be like the ostrich with its head in the sand.

courage mon ami. We are a powerful everlasting spirit in a temporary vehicle. Perhaps.

I always thought of Mylar, like the silver birthday balloons, when I read about that story but I don't know when it was invented or early versions made. You can crumple it up and it pops back, at east more than a 1940's person who only had experience with aluminum foil would have known about. I think anything is possible tho, it's a huge universe and we can't possibly understand it all! There most likely ARE civilizations beyond our intelligence out there, that's basic logic.

The best way I have heard this explained...that sort of puts it into perspective...We are like fish, living in our own little 'underwater' world...we have absolutely NO CLUE on the complex and HUGE universe that exists all around us and right above 'the waters surface' (so to speak)! All we know, is this little world we live in and experience every day...

Think of the fish swimming in the bay around NYC...do you think they have any idea of the complexity of this human city that exists right outside the water, or would they even understand it?!!

And like fish, even if we are yanked out of the water (into the real world), we are not able to comprehend the complexity or the scale of the world that exists all around us, not even close!

I think this describes us perfectly! I dont think 'the real world' would make any sense to us, even if were to get a glimpse of it.

Just been reading the book The Day After Roswell by Philip Corso, & William J. Birnes and it is an account if how, when he worked for the military, some of the Roswell items were introduced into industry without anyone realising it. Even the CIA and KGB did not realise what they were doing to weaponise these recovered items into the military. Very interesting book and tells us a lot about the Roswell crash too.

Since he was a Colonel it is likely he is either telling the truth or what truth 'they' want us to believe. Which you believe is up to you when you read the book.
