I was reading this article today about the Black Monarch hotel opening up after renovation. Apparently, it's well known to be haunted. Anyway, they included a picture of one of the hotel rooms in the article. I'm like ho hum and then I notice something in the chair. OK, it's probably a real person, but still.....what do you guys think it is?

It’s perspective. The empty chair is centered in the room. Behind the chair near the wall, there is a lamp, so probably a table and a smaller chair that you can see as a blur and looks a little like a head in the empty chair.
Assuming you're referring to the leather chair, here's a blown up version of the chair. There's nothing there. What I think you're referring to is just a configuration shadows and the leaves of the palm against the shadowed curtain.
Yeah, I'm referring to the leather chair. I don't really think what's there is paranormal, but it does seem to look like something is in the chair. I was thinking maybe a coat or something thrown over the back.
If you read the entire article (it's not long) you will see that the new owners have figured out that publicizing the supposed haunted nature of this hotel is a pretty effective way to get people to stay there.
The building looks like it would make a great hotel. Look at how big the windows are! I love historical architecture!
