In the FBI vault website:

Animal/Cattle Mutilation
Quote:
In the mid-1970s, reports of scattered animal mutilations in western and mid-western states concerned many people. The FBI was asked to investigate, but was unable to do so because of a lack of jurisdiction (except when such mutilations were found on Indian lands). These files consist mainly of press clippings and correspondence concerning the issues between 1974 and 1978.
Interesting how they claim "a lack of jurisdiction". Since when have the FBI held back from investigating something they believe is their case? What could they mean by this comment? They have far bigger and better resources than any local police force, so investigation of anything will be more thorough if they do it.

Theory: Since the US government is responsible for the mutilations. It would not make sense for them to investigate because they know what and why they did. Claiming lack of jurisdiction makes a show of feeding into the Sagebrush Rebellion, yet in reality they **** all over it because the US government mutilated the cows without asking for permission. Why did they mutilate the cows? Because they were testing nuclear bombs in Nevada and New Mexico, and they needed to know how the radioactive downwind drift affected the environment without telling the public.

Why are you lying? It says nothing about them believing it is their case. Also the FBI did look into cattle mutilations. Here is an article that mentions it and debunks it: https://www.cracked.com/article_1920...y-science.html Here is a video on it:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mydY...ature=youtu.be You have seen all of this before, I am more amazed on your lack of understanding of this than I am of the mutilations. I wonder if dogs believe door knobs are created by aliens because they do not understand them.

When they fake stuff like this, it is always to draw attention away from something else.

Im sorry to say, but that explanation sounds phony and made up! It sounds precisely like something the FBI would use in order to whitewash the whole thing!

Quite often. Don't base your "knowledge" of the FBI on Hollywood. There are actually laws delineating the jurisdiction of local, county, state, and Federal law enforcement agencies. They can and often do overlap, depending on the severity of the crime.

Dead cows? Not really the FBI's job. Kinda like how a CIA officer isn't going to pull you over for speeding.

Well, look at some of the other stuff the FBI and CIA have been involved in, in the past, Some of them have absolutely nothing to do with law enforcement or intelligence!!

Anecdotal I know, but sometimes those jurisdictional boundaries are not so well understood. Some years ago we had a guy pulled over for speeding ... by a game warden! Some news media said at the time that he had the legal right to do so, but I certainly can't see it.

Hopefully the CIA and the FBI have more important things to address than cattle being killed. Supposedly the CIA has no authority at all inside the US boundaries, while the FBI only operates within the US.

I'm still one of those wondering if there is really such a thing as a Chupacabra. Like the Bigfoot/Yeti, there has been no proof, but there has not been any proof that they don't exist either.
