I was in a nearby south western OH county not long ago, driving some very rural roads and I never saw so much as a freaking squirrel!!
I have to assume, if there are a handful of Bigfoot and Dogman running around his property and his neighbors...wouldnt they also be in nearby counties too? I will admit, I do not know the daily roaming habits of the American Dogman, but I doubt they stay confined to a 5 acre swath of forest at all times. lol
