Do you still have the same habits, same routines for as long as you can remember? You could be in a place where you tend to check the time around 11:00.
I like waking up without an alarm. During summer vacations I'd always see 10:48 as soon as I opened my eyes. After leaving school, I'd always see 2:56 when I came home.
Routines are good for mind and body. It can even be something you look forward to, "catching" 11:11 on the clock. I believe that people of routines (and centenarians, among other long-lived people seem to have routines they like to stick to) lead longer, happier lives. I think it goes to show that it reduces stress because you always know what to expect, or at least how you'd handle a hiccup.
If you have these routines, you greatly reduce the number of possible times that can be displayed at a moment you may be in front of a clock. This INCREASES your chances of seeing a particular time. Add to that, the euphoria or satisfaction from "catching" it makes it especially memorable.
I'm not here to debunk or over-analyze anything. Have your routines, enjoy them, make a wish!  |

I see it, as many people do, but I don't see it all the time. I think it's maybe angels or good luck or just just to make a wish... |

For a while I've seen 11:11 whenever I checked my phone to see the time. Hasn't happened in a few years but this revoked memories of that phenomena I simply brushed off then as a coincidence. I'd be at work or doing errands and just happen to check my phone at 11:11.
