OP, I can see a figure in the Bay window without enlarging anything, or using a magnifying glass. It may be your reflection, from when you took the photo. However, it's odd that you have a copy of the same photo (are you sure it's the same?), in which the figure doesn't appear.
Couldn't be me.
I was at least a hundred feet away from the house and on an angle that couldn't possibly be reflected in the window.
Same picture.
I copied the photo to my picture file on my pc as it was being printed to paper.
A thumbnail photo 180x135 is just ridiculous. If you want something explained in the image, then why are we not getting a proper picture? Or.. is this a Monday afternoon activity to keep us from getting bored?
And I made it a bit larger by hitting the control key down and then hitting the + key a few times. Very clearly seen that way.
I wonder if this is a result of what some here refer to as a time jump. Is it possible to have two selves from different time periods present in the same place at the same time, given this concept?

Never heard of that before!
Would a person know it if he did one of these 'time jumps'?

I don't think so, but I'm going to leave the final answer to those who know more about such things. An interesting concept I haven't read up on yet.
