Not many reports like that, maybe a handful out of a 1000.
So even if BF was real, many of the reports would still be misidentification of known creatures, humans, and stumps/vegetation or hoaxes. So if you had "a handful out of a 1,000" what would the odds be that they are real sightings?
PS Ocpaul20 is trolling presenting stories without evidence or asking for the evidence to support your stories?

I didnt put much stock into reports like that, again, (too fantastical), Im not sure what they were seeing, to make them think they were seeing a bigfoot step into a portal!!! (that is a tough one to figure out something similar they could have mistaken it for)
Im not a fan of 'misidentification' though...because it requires the witness to ultimately believe the creature may exist.

Not necessarily. Many of us men do not want to appear weak or fearful of our environment. If we are in the woods and something scares us do we report it as Bambi or Alvin or do we tell others the biggest and meanest thing we could think of scared us? My feeling is that BF was used as a scapegoat for many macho men.
You also have some individuals that would say BF for attention. Of course, this is speculation since it would be hard to get these individuals to admit to their own lies.

For a person that does NOT believe Sasquatch exists...wouldnt it be more likely, that if they happened to see something that 'resembled' a Sasquatch...
instead of 'misidentifying' it...they would just chalk it up to seeing a known animal, (but seeing it in strange light or position)?!
***Why would a NON-BELIEVER jump to the conclusion that its a Sasquatch they are seeing, when they dont even believe it exists? LOL

Because there will always be somebody that will look for an excuse why they were afraid or timid. It is a macho thing.
There was a video taken of what one man thought was a BF on the far side of a tree. To me, it looked like a bear scratching its back on the tree or attacking a honey bee's nest. As the bear started to come around to the photographer's side of the tree the man took off running and stopped filming. He could have seen it was a bear had he kept filming, but he was too afraid. So it went down as a BF sighting.
My feeling is this plays out many times. Sometimes people are scared off just by noise or a slight movement in the bushes.

Im not sure how that answers my question?
If a macho type guy is scared of something he sees in the woods, (and he doesnt know exactly what it is)...how is 'jumping to claim its a Bigfoot' justification for his fear? lol
Wouldnt most people think LESS of him (for claiming it was a bigfoot)? LOL

This is a big version of lubor's lens (type of fresnel lens) that you can get from a magic shop for $10. It can make things appear to disappear in a very limited way - great for magic shows and set up videos, not so great for everyday life.
Really no fancy technology here - there will be plenty of children playing around with these lenses as we speak.
I think ET (and maybe the military) already has far better invisibilitycloaking, and my evidence is where these birds fall from the sky. As I have mentioned this before, they all have internal injuries or necks broken and are generally birds which fly in flocks like starlings, jackdors, or racing pigeons.
These flock birds fly into an invisible craft which is stationed above the ground. No-one would notice one or two birds which fly into these craft and would be no more unusual than birds flying into the windows of our house occasionally, but when there is a flock of them suddenly falling dead or almost dead from the sky, then people report it.

You are right, its not fancy technology, its very similar to a type of movie film/paper that used in movie production...it bends light in a way that vanishes things behind it...its not fancy at all...its just bending light in a clever way, anyone could use this anywhere they liked, the results would depend on the lighting in their location, and from what angle other people/cameras are viewing them.
