I had read some of these before, but a couple were new to me.

I was most interested in the Paintsville train incident...there has to be some evidence that can be verified by that one!! (They dont send in an army of workers in the dead of night to examine a train that had possibly been damaged by a rock slide. LOL), that lousy cover story is absurd...Sounds to me like 'some govt agency' that deals with this...caught wind of the incident, however they manage to do this...and got on site very quickly to dismantle and examine the train...I would also bet they had to use train mechanics to help dismantle it...(that is likely the people who could help verify this!)

That incident has been covered on some of the early 2010s UFO programs. Might've even been on Ancient Aliens.

I would not trust that show to give accurate information at all.

I bet it wouldnt be too hard to find information on this (other than whats included in the reported story), Im not sure if I know anyone from that area of KY...I would be talking to friends of train mechanics and railroad workers if I wanted to hear the truth.

Thanks for posting these. Of course there are many more less famous as well. UFOs have occasionally been spotted over the Ohio River in Maysville too by credible witnesses.

By the way, several sources say the Mantell incident UFO was first spotted over Maysville KY.

I enjoyed reading about the Kelly-Hopkinsville incident. Some people believe it's a bunch of malarkey, but seems like I read about something similar happening to a man and woman camping in a van in California.

The area in KY where that happened is pretty far from my city, but I have read there are many old mines and caves around there, some people have theorized this may be where these things came from.

It is a strange case, it did nothing but cause a lot of problems for the family, they didnt make any money from it, (if that was their original goal and it was hoaxed)...Personally I dont think it was hoaxed, but what these things are...who knows?!!!

I am kind of starting to think all these different creatures and cryptids people see, its all the same thing, just manifesting in different forms.

Here's a good read about that very thing. You can probably get it cheaper on Ebay:
