The picture is so fuzzy that it’s impossible to come to a rational conclusion about this object. So the conversations winds up in places like unexplained mysteries and paranormal forums. And to describe it as a hut is preposterous. Let your mind go wild on this one. Alien outpost from another world? Go for it.

*shrug* China is driving over there to check it out.
They're obviously very proud of this mission and will no doubt extole any big finds they may make.
That being said, they're not claiming to be the first ones on the moon.

If it's on Mars, is it mooning us, or mars-ing us??

If it's a hut, maybe it's one of those Pizza Hut take out places. It pays to get a jump on your competition when exploring new geographical areas.

That's almost 100% certain, since there's nothing on the moon but rocks (other than what Apollo missions left behind, a few crashed craft, some Russian missions). Pretty sure there are no spacecraft from NASA or other country's space program, on the back side of the moon.

Do you actually believe the NASA lunar photographs were faked?

India has a satellite with best resolution of about 10 inches/pixel. NASA's best is the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter at about 20 inches/pixel, so it depends on the size of the object. It would have to be fairly large to really identify what it is (maybe several meters).
If you look at some of the pictures from the new Mars rover (Perserverance), what looks like it might be "something" from a distance turns into just another rock once you zoom in. Here's an example of Perserverance picture quality (not there's necessarily an object that looks like "something"), in composites created by Todd, who does a huge amount of work to make these from the original NASA images. Perseverance Rover Sol 265. The Curosity rover cameras were good, not not this good.
