I agree.
I think that the people at NASA can read the papers like the rest of us too.
They looked at all the money being spent and knew that NASA's head was on the chopping block.

NASA knew it needed something, one last attempt to get people interested in funding space.

But once again NASA proved to be clumsy at PR....

How is it that Egyptians buried an alien 10,000 years ago in a New Kingdom style tomb (begining about 3,500 years ago) and coffin (which should be in a square stone sarcophagus, not just sitting out like that)?

Egyptian burials followed a clear evoltution over the history of ancient Egypt. Before 5000 BC, bodies weren't even mummified and were just buried in the sand in fetal postion with grave goods. After that they went to Mastabas, then pyramids, then rock carved tombs. Real mummification did not even become standard before about 4000 BC and the process was not perfected until the New Kingdom.

Each era is clearly distinguishable by the art style, manor of burial and types of artifacts interred. This is the work of a Russian filmmaker who wasn't too educated on ancient Egypt.
I think there is still much about the ancient Egyptians we dont know about so I wouldnt make a conclusion based on "known" customs throughout the ages. There are scientists that still believe the sphinx was built 4,000 years ago.

Actually we know more about Ancient Egypt than any other ancient culture, thanks to their burial practices. They left A LOT behind. And they are not particularly mysterious to archaeologists, just Hollywood.

Anway, a supposed find that is out of place with EVERYTHING we know about ancient Egypt says something is wrong with this claim. In a subject loaded to the brim with BS, it is important to be able to quickly discount bogus claims if there is gonna be any hope of learning about the real deal.

Then with the most modern photographic technology being used by military as well as professional and even quite a lot of amateur photographers......

Why the heck can't they take a crystal clear photo of these so-called craft... right down to their rivets?

An answer to that would be interesting.

The incident I brought up happend in the late 80's; no one had a handy digital camera on their cellphone (or even cellphones for that matter) back then. Plus, there is no really good camera for taking superdetailed pictures in the dark, even today.

Also, UFO sightings are random occurances and people that see them tend to be a little bit awestruck and/or paniced when they see them. Most are very short in duration too. It's nearly impossible to get a good photo or video under such circumstances.

Finally, I think genuine UFO sighting are very rare. Most ARE hoaxes and misidentifications...but not all. Some events defy explanation and come with testimony and evidence that would be enought to convict a person with a death penalty had they been criminal cases.

You want the real answer to your question?

The real answer is that all the stories are all fake.
There is no proof UFOs are real....none....zip.

All the so-called proof comes down to the very same two things..
#1 - a fuzzy photo
#2 - a cool campfire story.

just them two things and nothing else...

Never once has a guy opened up a box or a sack and took out a 'thing" and said, "It's from a UFO"

Never once...never once any real proof.

always just a fuzzy photo and a great story to hear by moonlight while you passed the bong....

No, it doesn't. You have yet to give any meaningful critique on any UFO sightings.

Fuzzy photos or a cool story.

nothing else..

Unless they are a mistake, they are a lie.
Most all are lies, however from time to time someone goes out at night, looks up at the stars and sees something that he does not understand.

but for the most part, they are all lies.

its different because its extraordinary. I realize it may be unsettling that men found a mumified humanoid alien in an Egyptian tomb. If you read what the ancient Egyptian wrote, there message coincides with the idea of extraterrestrial visitors.
