This reminds me of the time I saw a kid walk out of an ice cream shop with an cone in one hand and a balloon in the other.
The ice cream tipped out of his cone and splatted on the cement then he started crying and put his hands up on his face and let go of the balloon.. then he looked up and saw his balloon flying away and started screaming.
It's just like that; only the boy in this situation is more like the ice cream.
Let me clarify. I dont find it funny that the boy is in it. I feel bad for him and hope he is well. I find it funny that a boy 6 years old would be able to build something like that and make it work. As I said, i tried to do this as a child to no avail. I also find it funny that you all would jump all over me and take what I said out of context. Everyone loves to point fingers dont they?
I think the gravity of the situation maybe wasn't as evident to you when you initially posted, everybody has laughed at something they shouldn't have before, and you were thinking of something else in your life and not the child's situation, because really, this isn't funny.
I was on vacation when the WifeSwap episode they were on was on the TV in the gym...It's quite a household, and daddy is kinda psycho. (granted I only saw half of the episode while on the treadmill), but I was horrified by his immaturity and I think that this could have been planned out.
Oh, stop it! Nobody would have planned something like this. A little boy is quite likely dead or seriously injured after falling out of the aircraft. I'm sure the family is completely panicked right now.
Oh god I hope not. It sounds like he was never even in it. I love how people just jump onto the conspiracy theories. It likely was just an accident. A little boy playing with somethign he's not supposed to and the balloon got away. Why anyone would think otherwise at this point is beyond me. IF the parents were up to this then they need to be charged. All the money they wasted and the emergency personel they put at risk. But I doubt there was any maliciousness anyway.
