Ghost Hunting anyone?



AH YES!!! The television version of the ole "Snipe hunt"!!

After my cat died I would feel something jump on my bed at night. He used to sleep there with me.

My mom saw my dad after he died - just the body from the waist up, surrounded in light and very happy. For several days after his death our patio door would be found opened or closed, opposite of how it had been left and the fan over the stove would turn off and on and my pack of cigarettes would go missing and then reappear where I had left them.

All of my experiences have been good ones, except once when I was walking down a farm road in the great plains in Nebraska. That one scared the heck out of me. I don't want to discuss it.

BTW, why do those paranormal people on tv jump in fear when something paranormal supposedly happens to them? Isn't that exactly what they're there for? You'd kind of expect them to be a lot more calm and investigative about it.

For example, you don't see deer hunters freaking out when they see a deer///would kind of defeat the whole purpose of being there!

Its the curiosity yet fear of the unknown and some of these shows sensationalize that factor for ratings.

I enjoyed Fear Factor, even though some of it might have been put on. I think I remember an episode where they showed some rats running around in the dark. They were white rats - Norwegian white rats that are not indigenous to this country and are usually purchased for lab experiments. (which is an awful thought)

Anyway, I enjoy being scared, as most of us do - but not too much.
