it seems like the govt. is all for putting money into the hands of private owners via the HB route, but just wants rid of all social housing.

Looks like we are heading down the US route

cardboard city here we come......!

When I left, the tax applied to any room larger than a closet. People buy wardrobes in many cases to keep from getting taxed for a bedroom just barely larger than a closet. They tax everything thought of.
