Not understanding or liking anything does not make that thing 'stupid'.
Hey I'm not the one who first said it was stupid, I was just agreeing

'Two times'... as in "Two times the effectiveness"... It's TWICE!

'For sure' rather than certainly... I know language is supposed to evolve and I plaud this but devolve? Really?

You don't see a similarity between could've and could have? Go ahead. . .Say could've quickly.

You know all of us were taught English at a very young age. Now when I was learning we had what was called the 'Dick and Jane Primer' here where a picture of 'Jane' was shown and you would see the description:
Jane
See Jane.
See Jane run.
Run, Jane, run!
This was so good you could put any name in there and it would work. ..;-...
Looking back some noted that this effectively ruined first grade for generations of entire Americans!

The takeaway here is that language really is a living thing constantly changing and evolving where words get added and removed and where our speech patterns and spelling of words also change. I mean if we talked the way we learned in those Dick and Jane stories forget about it!

And can we get on someone if they spell the plural of roof as 'rooves'??? Looks logical in Ingles!...;-)...
