I reckon it is, I mean, I bet if you polled a decent number of Brits, our answer would often be "too much hassle, can't be bothered with that"

More to the point, where is the tangible benefit to the UK and do the benefits justify the cost.

It would be an unnecessary, costly and unpopular transition. Our only land border is with another country that drives on the left.

Why do people bring up Sweden as an example? We are not an island! Left side driving caused huge problems and confusion since our land neighbors Norway and Finland used right side traffic and people had to change side at the borders all the time. It does not make any sense why Iceland changed to right side traffic though, since thats an island very far from the continent.

There is even a movie that focuses partially on this issue, it's called Kitchen Stories and takes place in the Swedish-Norwegian borderland in the 1950's when Sweden had left side traffic.

There is absolutely no reason why countries like the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, the Caribbean nations, Indonesia, Singapore and Japan should change to right side.

Exactly.

What would be the benefit of changing? None.
