Is it my guess that retirees don't head so much to a place like Blackpool or nearby along the northwest English coast, despite being immensely popular summer seaside resorts just like those along the southern English coast (e.g. the Bournemouth and Brighton areas) are? If any do, would these retirees be mainly from Liverpool, Manchester, and other nearby towns?
