While visiting Gartnavel hospital in Glasgow last week.. I was shocked that big yellow bins of hospital waste lay only a foot away from people waiting for the elevator.., it looked locked but surely this shouldnt be anywhere near where people are ill or who may have compromised immunities... I had my three year old grandson by the hand and ended up using the stairs to get him away from these very large bins... Since the following morning I have developed a bad chest infection which has lasted since Saturday morning.. Has anyone else noticed this going on in other hospitals..
