Am I alone in wondering what the heck what this is all about?

Lately it seems the 'in' thing in America to disparage anyone giving side eye as the sign of utmost disrespect.

Giving side eye is like killing a baby and not even having the good manners to eat it afterward.

Why is this an issue... What did the lady in the background say anyway?

Is it just me, or does she seem chubby? Seems like she's getting matronly.

Looking sideways is something everyone does. Maybe calling it another name is making it different. She didn't even look sideways at another person, so it's nothing about nothing. One burden on the lady is being out in public knowing someone is ready to take a photo at any given moment in hopes of catching an unflattering glimpse.

It certainly isn't a new thing done by Americans. The tabloids in the UK have dogged the tracks of the Royals as long as I can remember. She's fairly far along with her pregnancy and I think women are still allowed to gain weight when expecting a baby.

I don't think anyone here even knows they are in the country. This is the first I have seen of their visit.

Once again a American `celebrity sports figure `has made the mistake of putting their hands on a member of the Royal Family.

Shake hands, sure no problem, but you don`t slap your sweaty arm around the shoulder of the future Queen of Great Britain. Of course, I blame the Palace press relations officer, who should have told the NBA stars that the rule is ` you do NOT touch the Royals `EVER.

Ignorance is no excuse for bad manners. Or errors in protocol.

Jim B. In Toronto.

How dare he. Two visitors come to this country and they are treated with local customs. Geez, imagine that.
