I love over here in the USA watching BBC World News every night with Katty Kay. My question is does everyone in the U.K. get to see this or are there different BBC news shows/anchors not featuring what we see here in the USA.

I also really like Business anchor Dharshini David as she's very sexy

we get to see it but its only available on sky or freeview i think.
we have the ordinary bbc 6pm news which is generally about the events of the whole of the uk, and then a further bbc news broadcast from our own regions in the uk at half past 6 updating us on the news in our area...if that makes sense?
there are other broadcasts at lunchtime, and at 10pm also or thereabouts.
