This CO2 shortage will only affect people who drink fizzy lager and other keg beers that are served on draft. All of the lovely cask/real ales that the UK is famous for will be unaffected, as they are naturally carbonated in the cask, and they are served via muscle power, as opposed to CO2 pressure.
