Why is there an actual heavy crime rate affected by race? (dental, quality)

The other day I came a cross comments from Trevor Philips on crime matters based on racial backgrounds. For the unknowing this gentleman who is very intelligent is a coloured man himself and has doubts about multi-culturism as well.. The man for some time was also the Head of the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

This was in the Daily Telegraph and he stated this “black boys are more than 20 times as likely to be involved in serious attacks compared with their white peers.” So this is not some white antagonist and is a bit more honestly direct coming from his own background and wide commitment.

A man of many hats, perfectly willing to wear one to fit the occasion. If you chose to read journals with a particular 'slant', with views well known to the right, you will come up with articles, to suit your ideology. Regardless of depth of analysis in how arrived at particular conclusion.
