Good postgrad schools in England? (good schools, university, courses)

I'm looking at grad schools to attend to receive a Master's in Creative Writing. I'm from the states, so I don't know which schools I should really be looking for or what kind of reputations they have. I will be completing my BA in Creative Writing in about a year and a half.

So, can anyone recommend any good schools that offer postgrad studies in this field? I have found a couple so far but they're too far for my liking. I would like to be in the lower region of the country.
