Where can I get good ideas for a short vacation. I am on the look out for short holiday packages for as an incentive for my sales staff. Ideally the holiday should not be more than 2 nights and 3 days or at the most 3 nights and 4 days. Can someone recommend a good on-line site which will give me all the options of a economical travel and stay? Travel and accommodation bookings too should be taken care of by the site itself, so that I don’t have to run about for bookings.

If you are looking for something a bit more "exotic" but not too far away from Europe , I would recommend Marrakech ( Morocco in general- stay in a traditional riad ,much nicer than an impersonal hotel ) as the flight is not too long. Madeira is also lovely ( not sure it counts as "exotic" as such) , as is Croatia. The Euro-Zone is really prohibitive at the moment though ( hence Marrakech being an excellent destination also).

Cape Verde off the Coast of Africa is superb too but it does take a while to get there.
