The NHS or health Insurance? For brits only.
The conservative MEP Daniel Hannan said on Fox news that the NHS should be "dismantled" how many of you agree with him?

No thanks, I like knowing that I'm not going to have to begin writing cheques should I be hospitalized and the treatment I have recieved on the NHS has been second to none. If I wanted to pay each time I was sick then I'd go private.

Yes NHS has faults like it's overworked in some area's for non life threatening problems but it's still great (as someone that spent a lot of time in hospital as a kid).

I'm glad that (for now) the mainstream Conservative Party (including David Cameron) are distancing themselves from this complete and utter buffoon.

We know that the NHS has its issues, but its like Churchill's democracy quote.. "the NHS is the worst form of healthcare except all the other forms that have been tried"!
"Dismantle it".. no chance!

Absolutely not. I like a system that doesn't make me think twice about going to see a doctor because I can't afford to walk thro the door, let alone get treatment.

What is this pillock doing mouthing off in the USA?
The NHS has its faults but acts as a safety net not generally present in the USA.
