Is it legal to advocate the abolishment of the monarchy?
If the majority of you guys wanted her to would she step down?

Us guys? You mean us Brits who talk about nothing but the royal family?
I am in the minority against monarchy and have been beheaded at least three times by beefeaters in the Tower of London.

Many are against the monarchy but dare not say it too loud...same here in Belgium and every other country that has a monarchy. They just need to go out and work and quit wanting to be bowed to and treated better than the other citizens of their country. People may have more respect for them then...
Mostly the working class is against them, some 'posh' people think they're the cat's miauw and have the queen's picture on the wall at home....

Technically saying anything against the monarchy is treason, which still carries the death penalty, I believe.
However, thanks to free speech, the Queen is no longer too bothered about having heads lopped off or necks stretched.

Why let the truth get in the way of a good urban myth?

Its just a matter of time.. but at present it seems that the vast majority of people in the UK support the monarchy.

Better the Madge you know than the president who would replace her.
