hmm, I wont say what it is, but BoE, you might want to make sure you picture doesnt have the name of the city in its link next time.

As you can see, there's considerable fill to right of what used to be the Marriott over the past couple of decades, including not just buildings, but trees. I'm disappointed that such an old photo was used.

Btw, I think it's one guess per post. If someone can guess two cities in a single post, why not four or 10?

Looking at the rules, it is one guess per post; I would say multiple cities are OK as long as one says "Well, I know it's not Oslo so it must be Rio de Janiero" and not throws out every city over 200K in Texas.

I'm pretty sure I've seen that photo on Columbia's urban planning website but I never took the time to think about what city it's of.

Not Colombia, but it is Latin America.

It's a city with no charm to speak of and as you can see, no architecture worth noting. However, the key hint is that big red sculpture.
