I missed that round due to work, but that red flag in the middle of the photo is a lot more obvious than the blue Bavarian one from a few games ago. Nice job solving it.

River running through town, hills in the distance, cars are driving on the left side of the road, and the architecture looks like what I remember of England, so I'm guessing somewhere in the UK. Leeds, maybe?

Much larger than Worcester. Many places in North America are named after this city.

Good pickup on the cars.

WTH is that circular building in the background? Not big enough for soccer/rugby and there aren't any round enclosed cricket grounds in UK. And who would build an open air building for a theatre in a place where it rains? That's throwing me off.

For those guessing (which includes me), you can also cross the following off: Edinburgh, Manchester, Cardiff, Swansea, Birmingham, Bath. Been to all those and this isn't them.
