That's the Hwaseong Fortress, Suwon, South Korea. Home of Suwon Air Base and in the mid-80s the A-10s of the 25th TFS. Brings back some fond memories.
You got it! I figured someone would recognize the fortress.
I lived in the nearby Dongtan new city for a year teaching English. It was about 5 miles away from Suwon so I'd go there sometimes on the weekends with my friends (Seoul more often).
