The water really is this color here. Relatively impressive skyline for a city with a permanent population of less than 15,000. AFB nearby is a highly-desired assignment.

Not T-Ville, although Patrick AFB, which is nearby, IS a choice assignment (I was briefly stationed there for training in the mid-80s). You have the correct state.

Hmm, the only other city with Air Force base base I'm familiar is Jacksonville, but that doesnt look like Jacksonville area. Panama City, maybe?
