After guessing I looked it up on G-Maps and didn't realize I've been there on I-64 from Richomnd; my grandfather attended the nearby Staunton Military Academy in the 1920s.

This seaside city is fairly nondescript, most people forget it's a big city. Its trademark building is not very visible in this view.

It's a bit of Jacksonville, the MODIS building base is blocked by the bridge.
