I can definitely see that being NJ but I'm not sure which of the smaller NJ cities have skylines. Fort Lee?

It doesn't necessarily seem American, but I believe I see a newer model Ford truck at the bottom. Not saying that it rules out the whole rest of planet earth, but its enough to at least bring me back to this hemisphere. Plus they are driving on the right side of the road.
