The vegetation was the giveaway for Perth.

Here's a tough one. Hints: North America. Not a capitol of any state or province. Was important frontier city. Don't judge this one unfairly. Hang tough.

Are you clairvoyant? Or did I make it too easy with the reference to Hanging Judge Parker, or the name of the picture? Figured no one would get it.

Fort Smith has a surprisingly nice downtown for a city its size... I lived there 3 years 2000-2003.

I found out what city it was by googling First National Bank locations. And it does look like a nice downtown
