I'd say Atlanta....just b/c I know what is going on here

College Football Hall of Fame
At least 8 mid to high rise apts going up
A new 23 story office tower planned for midtown
2.6 Miles of a new Street Car from Edgewood to Peachtree to Centennial Park
Buckhead Atlanta a new 9 acre mixed used development which will include 370 apts 300,000sq ft for retail and another 90,000 for office space.
A new university center downtown for Georgia State University
The Atlanta Beltline with 22 miles of pedestrian friendly rail transit 33 miles of multi-use trails 1,300 acres of parks 5,600 units of affordable housing 1,100 acres of brownfields remediated

LOL...too many more to write...the Atlanta Beltline alone prolly blows the other cities out of the water...... Has Charlotte even finished 485 yet??

That's very interesting! Do you have any links to the different projects?

There is honestly too much going on in Nashville right now to try to post it in this thread in timely manner. I doubt we have the most, but we certainly have more than I've ever seen in Nashville.
Here's a link to the latest Moderator cut: link removed, linking to competitor sites is not allowed. The Nashville UP moderator does a stand-up job of keeping it updated.

I love that Atlanta Beltline project. There was an article in the NYT a few days ago about it and it really seems like a wonderful asset for a city that lacks park space now. Of course the freeway lovers were bemoaning the funding of anything that cars couldn't travel on but I think it brings to Atlanta a real boost of livability to the urban area.
