^^This, especially the second title. I've said this before, some day we'll look back at some of the stuff we're doing today and laugh, just like we laugh at the "City Beautiful" movement, "Urban Renewal", etc. I still predict this massive expenditure of taxpayer funds on light rail will be seen years out as a boondoggle, or at best, not giving the benefits that were predicted.
