We should remain free as individuals to choose where we want to live. I always envy those brave souls who picked up and moved great distances into the unknown, in search of a better life. It didn't always work out,but it was their free choice.

Not at all. The crowded, filthy, unnatural, urban environment isn't for everyone.

Yes, because then the rural land value will go down, I will buy it, and make a fortune when cities become unlivable... say in another 30 years or so.
