Hello all,
I am a graduate student doing research on how cities have become concerned with the issue of sustainability. I am looking for comparative data on how city administrations and planning departments have described their problems and goals over the past 50 years. Off the top of my head a) press releases and b) comprehensive plans come to mind as helpful data sources. I've been working with cities' web pages, but it is difficult to trace them back into the past.
Does anybody know of a comprehensive archive of either of these things? I'm interested in comparing data for as many US cities as possible. Thanks in advance!
