I was wondering what the urban development plan (metro strategy) with the longest time frame was you ever came across. For example Melbourne planned in their current strategy for up to 2050, Singapore for up to 2061. Hence the longest time frame of an urban development plan I found was about 50 years.

I was hoping somebody knew of a city that had / has a +100 year plan. Any tips / rumours / general comments are highly welcome! Thank you!
