Along with Peachtree and your recommendations, other great Atlanta streets IMO are:
West Paces Ferry Rd.
Peachtree Battle Avenue
Piedmont Avenue from 5th St to Monroe Dr.
Ponce de Leon through Druid Hills and Decatur
N. Highland Ave.
Clifton Rd through Emory U. campus and Druid Hills

Ocean Blvd and Collins Ave in South Beach
Beale Street in Memphis..about the only thing Memphis has going for it..
18th Street in the Adams Morgan section of Washington D.C
Bourbon Street in N.O...obviously.
South Street in Philly.
St George Street in little known St Augustine
Bardstown Road in the Highlands of Louisville
Times Square, New York
Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn
and of course the strip in Vegas as well as Freemont Street.

For scenic appeal;

Mulholland Drive in the Hollywood Hills
Lake Shore Drive, Chicago
East bay Street in the Battery area of Charleston, SC
