I don't know if that's a typo, but Boston's heavy rail ridership is over 480,000 and Philly is about 310,000.
Newark's lines (outside of regional commuter lines) double as subway and lightrail. It's subway while in the core of the city before going surface for the remainder.

Only the Red & Orange lines are true Heavy rail , the rest are Light Rail or BRT. Only the MFL & BSL are heavy rail in Philly.
