Default question re: IM Flash

I notice there are a few people on this board who either work or have a spouse who works at IM Flash. I would like to know if IM Flash is now fully staffed. I thought there was a time-line on staffing and thought it was still about a year away when the campus will be fully staffed. Is this a slow-going hiring process? I have a home near the campus and may consider putting it on the market either to sell or rent when they are fully staffed.
Thank you
Eddie

Big, big "NOW HIRING" sign out front. I am not sure where they are at exactly in their hiring plan but the fab is only about half ramped up at this time. I would suspect the hiring will continue for quite a while. There are a lot of people looking for housing right now.

I know they're hiring for production workers working 12 hours shifts 4days on one week and 3 days the other week, right? Do you know the set schedule for it? ( Like what days?) And do I get to pick the days to work or they do? I would like to you since it seems like you know a lot about the company. Thanks!!

Sorry, been away for awhile...

IMFT has a schedule that is very typical of most semiconductor manufacturers in the US called compressed shifts. Day shifts work Sun-Tues and every other Wednesday or Thurs-Sat and every other Weds. Nights does the same sort of thing except they "rotate" on Saturday. (Wed-Fri and e.o. Sat., etc). I love it because I only work 14 days per month!

There are also positions that work 4-10 hr days or 5-8 hr days. But a production operator should plan to work the compressed shifts.
