I read your message about moving from FL to Hurricane, UT. I wondered what prompted you to select UT and specifically Hurricane. I am in the process of looking for a good, affordable, moderate climate location for my family. Can you tell me what went into your decision process that made you select Hurricane UT? I like the looks of St. George, would you recommend ot and is so why and if not why?

As a side note ...St. George prices have skyrocketed lately and you are going to pay way more for place there now than you would have only last year. The towns outside of St. George are currently growing rapidly (overflow from St. George) but are much cheaper. St. George is HOT in the summer! Most of the folks who live in Salt Lake go down there for the winter, but the summers are brutal in my opinion.
