Default I bid farewell.....

Well, it has been very interesting getting to visit with everyone hear at City-Data.com. I appreciate the comments, wit, humor and insight from all of you regarding my topics of discussion.

However the issues still appear to be somewhat blurred, with nobody really wanting to admit there is an underlying current of racism against non-LDS in many areas of Utah. (please note I did not say all....)

I will now go stick my head back in the sand, turn a blind eye and continue to go about my business here in St. George, Utah.

I will smile and wave at everyone, bake delicious chocolate chip cookies for my children when they come home from school, keep my beautifully constructed home sparkling clean, and enjoy the good life in this wonderful Stepford Community I now call home.....

Please don't go you are our only voice of reason. As a point of clarification, racism is an entirely different beast when compared to religious discrimination.

Come visit the other rooms. Don't hang out in the Utan link. Maybe you'll be able to find a place you like.

You're going to have to trust me that I'm not writing this to be flippant: Why don't you simply move? AAaaaa, ok, I know how that usually sounds, and I'm not saying that, like, "grrr git out of our town yer lousy $@*%!" type thing but just wondered if there were opportunities for you to move at all. It doesn't sound like you're very happy where you are. I think I would try moving. Sometimes the grass *is* greener. Hell that's what I'm doing.

Or if you are going to stay what could you do to make your stay more enjoyable?
